W/C 20/10/2025: ** Walk to school month ** Tuesday: Reception Tours, Years 2 & 4 Parents Evenings. Wednesday: Reception and Year 1 Parents Evenings. Thursday: Year 4 Parents Evening & Year 1 Workshop. Friday: Last day of half term
Our new Science topic for the summer term is Plants.
Our learning will involve identifying and naming a variety of common wild and garden plants, including deciduous and evergreen trees and describing the basic structure of a variety of common flowering plants and trees.
A sequence of lessons have been uploaded onto the website ‘Developing Experts’, which will be released on Tuesday 21st April 2020. This will work in the same way as the last sequence of Science lessons, in that they will be released once a week for your child to investigate.
On this page, you will also find some extra activities and experiments you may wish to complete to support learning about plants.
