Applications for reception class places are dealt with by Walsall LEA admissions team. The LEA apply specific criteria for admission to Walsall schools. More information on the application process and criteria can be found by clicking on this linkhttps://go.walsall.gov.uk/primary_school_admissions
Pupils who attend Nursery at Blackwood do not gain automatic entry into Reception, you do need to apply for a Reception place with Walsall LEA admissions team. However, we do find that many of our Nursery children are offered Reception class places by the local authority when offers are made.
