The spellings below ae you for to practise at home and to use independently in sentence writing.
These are important spellings to try and secure by the end of Year 1.

Please continue to practising recalling set 1-3 sounds with your child at home.
These are longer words to practise reading by breaking them up correctly and blending them using your knowledge of set 1/2/3 sounds. This will help to improve your child's fluency and speed of reading.
These are common exception words (red words) to practise reading at speed at home.
