Dear Parents/Carers, 

Please click on the Google Classroom icon below this message. Here you will find a user guide and a video which has been created to support you when accessing your child's daily lesson resources from Monday 25th January.

All group Meet sessions are on an invite only basis.

If your child has been selected for an afternoon Meet session, you will receive an email notifying you of this at least 24 hours before the meet.

This is just to notify you that your child has been chosen for the afternoon Meet. You will not receive the Meet link within this email.

5 minutes before the afternoon Meet session, log in and wait for the teacher to post the link into your stream.

Only contact the year group via their year group email if you are experiencing any Meet issues. Please do not contact the school office. Just to make you aware, in the event of staff absence, Google Meet sessions may need to be cancelled. If this happens, you will be notified before the session in due to start.
