Easter Bonnet Parade

- Easter Bonnet ParadeChildren in Nursery, Reception and Key Stage 1 will take part in our annual Easter Bonnets parade on Friday 11th April. The parades for our judges will take place in the school day and the finest bonnets will receive a prize.
At the end of the school day, we would like to invite parents/carers of children from nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 to gather around the edges of the Key stage one playground (next to the car park) at 3pm to watch the children parade before dismissal.
Entrance to this event will be via the Blackwood Road pedestrian gate only. This will be opened at 2.50pm and the audience will need to stand in the clearly marked spectator area to allow the parade to take place.
At the end of the parade, all children will be taken back to their classroom and dismissed as normal. Please note that the parade is weather dependent. If it is a showery day, we will review the situation at 1pm and send an email update.
Nursery children who leave at 11.45am will have a parade for their parents/carers in the sunshine outdoor area at 11.30am. The afternoon nursery children and nursery children who stay all day, will join the afternoon parade.
