I’ve lost my activation codes/forgotten my username/password.

The school office will be able to remind you of your activation codes and username.

 

I have forgotten my username and/or password. What do I do?

If you know your username (usually your email address) click on the forgotten login details link at Parentpay.com

 

I already have a ParentPay account for another one of my children, can I merge their accounts?

Yes! Log into the account you want to use as your master ParentPay account. Go to ‘Add a Child’ and enter your activation codes for the additional children. Follow the on screen instructions to add your children.

 

My child receives a Free School Meal, why do I still have to book their meals?

By letting the kitchen know what days you would like your child to eat, you are helping them with producing the right amount of meals.

 

How do I book meals for my child? 

  1.  Navigate to www.parentpay.com and log in
  2.  Select the Make bookings for... button with the  symbol to book meals for your child
  3. Select Make or View Bookings
  4. Use Make bookings for... to select the meal time e.g. Lunch time and the appropriate period and then select the Make or view bookings button
  5. Make your choices from the menu
  6. When you are finished your booking summary will be displayed. Select Confirm bookings*
  7. Review the order summary details and when ready select Pay now
  8. Complete the secure checkout. You will be given a final opportunity to review your purchases prior to committing your card payment.
  9. You will receive an onscreen notification when you have completed your payment.

*If Payment due section displays £0.00 no further action is required you will receive an onscreen notification to confirm these bookings.

*If Payment due value is greater than £0.00, you will be directed to the order summary page to complete your payment. If payment is not made within 2 hours your bookings will be cancelled.

 

When can I make school meal bookings up until?

Menu selections and payment must be made a week in advance on Parentpay, the deadline is Monday at midnight the week before the menu commences.You can also amend or cancel your meals if you need to ahead of the deadline.

 

I've missed the deadline to book my child's meals. What happens now?

If you have missed the deadline for menu submissions a pasta with cheese and tomato sauce option is available. Please let the office know you've missed the deadline and confirm which days (on the missed week) that your child will be having the pasta option.

 

My child is not going into school but I have a meal booked, what do I do?

You should log into ParentPay and cancel your meal before the deadline (see above) to receive a credit to your child's lunch account. In the event of illness the school office will amend the record and payment is credited back to your child's lunch account. It may take up to 2 weeks for the credit to show. 

 

Why can’t I book? I have red crosses on the days I want to order.

You may be in the "Menu & Selections" screen which is used to review what orders have already been placed. Please make your meal bookings in the "Make Bookings" section.

 

Why have I received an email to tell me my meals have been cancelled?

You will need to ensure you have sufficient balance for your child when you book your meals. You have 2 hours to pay for the bookings or they are automatically cancelled. The school does not allow debt to accrue on school meals accounts.

 

Why does my account balance still show a positive balance once I’ve booked meals?

We need you to pay for meals when you book, but we do not debit your account until the day of the meal, so you will see a reducing balance as each meal is taken.

 

I’ve changed my email address and/or my mobile phone number, what do I do?

Please log into your ParentPay account and go to ‘View/Edit Profile’. You can amend your contact details there. Please also let the office know of changed to contact details.
